@Daniellemiula Not being too hard on ourselves when we aren't as empathetic or patient as we 'should' be. This is a marathon not a sprint, need to learn how not to burn out, & when we do, need to learn not to feel guilt for taking care of our wellness too. I fail at this often but keep trying.
